Building Stronger Connections Across King's Cross, Euston and St Pancras

What we did

RealService/Locale managed the full marketing and engagement programme for Urban Partners, a business partnership connecting the community in King’s Cross, Euston, and St Pancras. Our role spans social media, digital communications, event delivery, stakeholder coordination, and member engagement.

Impact

Delivered a vibrant Community Engagement Programme across King’s Cross, Euston, and St Pancras — fostering collaboration, wellbeing, and inclusion. Events included: Networking Drinks, Menopause Matters , Sustainability Network Breakfast, Book Club Series, Supporting Disabled Employees in the Workplace – inclusion-focused HR event, festive Ornament-Making, Carol Singing, and Community Christmas Drinks. The programme is bringing together hundreds of employees from member organisations, strengthened local business networks, and embedded Urban Partners’ role as a unifying force for the area. We also delivered a year-round youth and skills engagement programme, including WOW Week 2025 (86 students, 12 businesses, 7 schools), ongoing Workplace Insights sessions (70+ students), and support for the creation of 68 local apprenticeships across member businesses.
